5.1 Job Scope of the Project Unit

a)         Unit Level

             i)       Implement the distribution of a group of students and supervisors.

             ii)       Resolve problems related to the student and the supervisor at the unit.

            iii)      Collecting all marks of student projects.

            iv)      Manage all the documents related with student project collaboration.

             v)      Collecting proposal and final report.

b)         Department Level

i)       Manage the proposal and final project presentation.

ii)      Monitor the implementation of student project exhibition organized by student itself.

iii)     Managing the storage of student projects.
